How Evolext handles inquiry and website information.

Evolext is a trading brand operating an informational website and project-inquiry service. This policy describes the data actually collected through this site.
Information collected
Evolext collects the name, email address, company, subject, message, phone number, preferred date, and preferred time that you submit. Basic server and security logs may also be created by hosting providers.
Purpose and legal basis
Evolext uses this information only to review requests, communicate about a potential engagement, protect the site from abuse, and meet legal obligations. It is not sold.
Storage and sharing
Inquiry records are stored in Supabase. When configured, a limited notification containing the submitted inquiry is sent to the Evolext LINE account. Hosting, Supabase, and LINE process data under their own terms and regions.
Retention and deletion
Evolext retains inquiries for up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active engagement or legal obligation. To request access, correction, or deletion, email evolext@hotmail.com from the address used to contact Evolext.
Security and limits
The site uses reasonable technical measures such as HTTPS, validation, and access controls. Do not submit secrets, private keys, or regulated data through contact forms. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
